By browsing nuitvelours.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.

An order is confirmed when we send you the order confirmation email, not when you click 'Place Order'. We may decline an order if a piece is mispriced, out of stock, or for any other reason at our discretion; in that case we will refund you in full.

You may cancel an order without penalty at any point before it ships. Once shipped, the returns policy applies.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region (USD international, IDR for Indonesia). Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We make every effort to display correct prices, but reserve the right to correct mispriced items at our discretion.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are responsible for ensuring pieces arrive in the condition they left the atelier; if they don't, write to us and we will replace them.

All content on this site (the photography, the copy, the typography choices, the logo, the product designs) is the intellectual property of Nuit Velours. You may share images of our pieces on your own personal social channels with credit, but commercial use requires written permission.

We do our best to make pieces that delight you, but our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or your purchase of a piece is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE SET]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
