Returning a piece

You have 30 days from the day a piece arrives to return it, unworn and with original tags. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pieces that have been worn. Send us a note and we'll issue a return label.

Exchanges

Your first exchange on any order is complimentary. Write to fitting@nuitvelours.com with the size you'd prefer and we'll send the new piece, no questions, with a return label for the original.

Damaged on arrival

Tell us within 7 days. We replace damaged pieces at our cost, without ceremony, and ask for a photograph only so we can speak with the atelier about the issue.

Final sale pieces

Limited-edition and sale pieces are final sale unless they arrive faulty. The product page makes this clear at the time of purchase.
