Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number (optional), and the specific items you have purchased. Payment information is handled by our payment provider (Stripe or Midtrans) and never touches our systems.

When you browse the site, we collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time spent, the device and browser used. This data does not identify you personally.

We use the information you provide to fulfil your orders, communicate with you about those orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, dispatch notifications, return updates), and (only if you opt in) send the occasional editorial newsletter.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with marketing partners.

We share your information only with the third-party services we need to operate: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our hosting provider, and our email service. Each of these has its own privacy policy and data-handling commitments.

We will share information with law enforcement if required to do so by a valid legal request.

You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it entirely. Write to privacy@nuitvelours.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Order data is kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Marketing email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics are retained for 26 months.
